Keith Blackey is Founding Member of the Rotary Club of Kabul City, Afghanistan.

• Helped start and run the Girl and Boy Scout program during the Second Persian Gulf War in Iraq 2004 - 2010.
• Helped start and run the Girl and Boy Scout program during Operation Freedom in Afghanistan 2012 - present.
• Raised over $80,000 from Rotary clubs and members for youth programs in Iraq, Afghanistan, and for Rotary Polio Plus.
• September is his 69th anniversary in Scouting.
• Lived in a total of nine countries and seven states prior to moving to California 45 years ago. Bay Area resident for 30 years.
